My accident resulting in an air ambulance rescue led to a piece on BBC local news - primarily to promote the air ambulance but also resulted in discussion of my wider activities. This ended up also being broadcast on national breakfast TV.

Northumberland County Council is on a mission to celebrate and share Northumberland's stories and the people of Northumberland. In every corner of our landscape, people are doing incredible things. I am an Ambassador for the Northumberland County Council Discover our Land Campaign which included a video and a section on their website about my activities and love for the county.

I was interviewed on BBC radio and on the local news programme with regards to my transatlantic row.
I also appeared on ITV a number of times for live interviews both on location around Tyneside with our rowing boat, via videophone at the finishline on live TV and also was intereviewed in the ITV Tyne Tees studio, live and on primetime TV
